ACE Trains London and Andries Grabowsky have completed a draft
agreement to end their dispute on the question of the registration of
the Trade Mark ACE Trains. The name will now be registered jointly
subject to various conditions as agreed.
The matter is now in the hands of their respective lawyers but all the
main clauses have been approved by the parties concerned subject to
drafting by the lawyers.
We hope as a result of this the two concerns will enter into a period
of mutual co operation for the benefit of the hobby in general and our
many mutual customers in particular.
